PLNĚ OBSAZENO - 30. 11. 2018  od 9 hodin vyrážíme na expedici do společnosti Avex Steel Products s.r.o. v Otrokovicích. Dále se vydáme na prohlídku výroby do Slušovické firmy TNS Servis.

V rámci programu nás majitel a ředitel společnosti pan Jiří Gistr seznámí s prošlou cestou při aplikaci nástrojů průmyslu 4.0 ve společnosti.

Zaměříme se ve výrobě na digitalizaci dokumentace na pracovištích a nasazení čipů do palet.

V kancelářích použití Power BI a ukázka robotizace administrativních úkonů napříč informačními systémy (RPA).

 

Násedovat bude exkurze do společnosti TNS SERVIS s.r.o., kde od 13 hodin proběhne prezentace firmy Zlín Robotic s.r.o. – kolaborativní roboti. Následovat bude exkurze do provozů společnosti.  Předmětem exkurze bude linka na výrobu montážních podsestav do elektomotorků, linka na speciální osazování elektronických součástek a plně automatická linka montáže a svařování konektorů. Nahlédneme také do výroby LED řetězů.
