Workshop Velký třesk v Olomouci
Poprvé v Olomouci! V říjnu jsme uspořádali první workshop mimo Zlín, v zázemí konkrétní společnosti a aby to nebylo málo, připojili jsme k němu i Expedici přímo ve výrobě podniku.
Děkujeme tímto společnosti Koyo Bearings, která se zaměřuje na výrobu ložisek pro automobilový průmysl, za možnost navštívit jejich konferenční i výrobní prostory. Workshop tím získal nový rozměr. Ceníme si také podpory našich partnerů Okresní hospodářské komory Olomouc, Krajské hospodářské komory Zlín a Technologického inovačního centra.
Workshop začal jako vždy skvělými přednáškami z oblasti Průmyslu 4.0.
Měli jsme možnost poslechnout si Petra Nováka, ředitele společnosti Koyo Bearings, který hovořil o automatizaci výroby a zavádění průmyslu 4.0. Přednáška byla zaměřena na zavádění automatizovaných výrobních linek, robotů a operačního softwaru.
Stanislav Martinec, ředitel společnosti Koma Modular, nás provedl historií a celkovým vývojem modulárních staveb v jeho podniku. Zjistili jsme jaké možnosti obnáší budoucnost modulárních staveb pro každého z nás.
Radek Kočí, zástupce společnosti Siemens Elektromotory Frenštát, přednášel o vztahu firmy k zaměstnancům. Poukázal na důležitost motivace lidí ke zlepšování a zjednodušování procesů. Slyšeli jsme skutečné příběhy, které utvářely Siemens Frenštát a pomohly jí k vedoucí pozici v celém koncernu.
Libor Smital, projektový manažer projektu Firma 4.0 a zástupce společnosti CE-PA, hovořil o digitální pravítku a kapacitním plánování. Uvedl názorný příklad ze společnosti Pharmix, ve které se podařilo problematické dodávky na čas převést na aplikaci řídící kapacitní plánování výroby. Přednesl návod na smysluplnou digitalizaci procesů.
Kamil Komenda, zástupce společnosti eDocu, hovořil o inovativních nástrojích na podporu výroby a údržby s prvky IoT. Dozvěděli jsme se o možnostech využití QR kódů a NFC čipů přímo ve skladech, výrobě a celém podniku.
Všechny přednášky byly velice podnětné a rozpoutaly zajímavou diskuzi. Nyní bylo na čase vyrazit na exkurzi, před kterou jsme se výborně najedli a posilnili přímo v Japonsku!
Následovala Exkurze po výrobě společnosti Koyo Bearings.
Exkurze nás nabila novou energií, dozvěděli jsme se spoustu informací o výrobě, postupech, automatizaci a celkovém zavádění průmyslu 4.0 ve společnosti Koyo Bearings. Po návratu z exkurze začala diskuze s řečníky, která se nesla v duchu sdílení zkušeností, různorodých řešení problémů,rad a vizí.
Po diskuzi probíhal networking a účastníci diskutovali mezi sebou.
Věříme, že si všichni zúčastnění odnesli nové myšlenky v oblasti průmyslu 4.0, různé pohledy na řešení možných situací a dobrou náladu :) Děkujeme všem za skvělý den a těšíme se na další setkání.
